I have purchased 2GB data on my phone. So this is being shared with my primary and secondary number. However am not able to use once my data is consumed upto 1GB. This is going on from 4-5months. I have formatted the phone, changed the SIM. I am left with no option. And this issue is not depending on where am using the phone (Location)
The issue is resolved the moment the next billing cycle starts. When 2GB gets added. Who is responsible in fixing this issue?

Main is Posted connection Recently (two months) i got port from IDEA to Airtel. But in mobile i got no service and tower is not connected properly that too inter net 4g is not conneted to me and very slow even in am receiding in Bangalore city. I have applied for post paid connection and submitted all required documents and paid deposit amount also to Airtel representative. After few days i started getting messages saying that Address verfication was unsuccessful. No person from Airtel met me and came to either working location or resident location. In turn I requested Airtel people to refund atleast my deposit amount if not able to give me Airtel post paid connection. I could not get any information from them as of now though documents collected almost 15-20 days before. I request your immediate action in this connection.

After that month, the data plan was not right and billing was paid and I cancelled the plan (Aug 15 2015), since I saw that billing was not right and my 4g was disconnected from Aug one on ward. Internet connection has not been working on mobile since last one month even after multiple complaints,
I do not know why we are still sticking on Airtel for 15 years. I have seen the most pathetic service from Airtel. Last one month i have bee calling to your customer care service, they took the request to activate Internet on mobile and they send one confirmation SMS also stating that my Internet is activated, and it did never activated. Again and again they told me to send SMS to 54321 as mobile. I have done that also and installed in my phone. Nothing worked out.
If i will not get a solution before EOD, will surely go to a another service provider.

I had applied for change in pre-paid to post-paid of my mobile number 8971 3870 81 on 29th October 2013. Even after ten days this action has not taken place.
i had called Airtel customer care (so called, it should be Airtel Customer Uncare)but no action. For last 24 hrs both prepaid and postpaid dosent have network and it has become a problem that i cannot use any SIM.
Also i do not understand why Airtel needs all the documents again just to convert existing prepaid to post paid.

I have registered complaint through phone and one of your executive arrived and fixed the same. ( the reason given failure for the service is that some component installed on the tree was taken away by miscreants.
After one day again the same problem occured and we complained again. and your executive came the same problem occured again and it will be addressed in a day or two.
