Let me see if I got this right. I pay for a service that you decide not to provide after that you snub me and then put the blame on me with an email that say you cant deliver the product that I purchased from you when in actuality you never gave it to UPS almost a month ago. The Customer Service Number for PRIME is nowhere to be found in the amazon.com website. There was not even the usual CHAT pop up to invoke. I had an issue with Prime membership and spent a lot of time trying to find out how to speak to a human. When I did a search inside Amazon, all that came up were several book options I could purchase in order to find out the information. This is ridiculous If Amazon can find a way to deliver items via a drone, surely Amazon can add a contact number to reach a human to your website. I should not have to go out of Amazon.com to find this information via an advertising site.
