I have a BSNL connection bearing number (0341-2510031). I had on 22. 07. 15 requested SDE, Neamatpur vide letter number 22. 07. 15 for discontinuing my Broad Band facility and only continue the telephone facility. On 09. 09. 15 I have received a payment request from BSNL for Rs. 631. 56 and I think my request for discontinuing the Broad Band facility has not been taken into consideration. In the month of July 15 I had made excess payment of Rs. 597/- and as on date an amount of Rs. 20. 16 is still due to me. Further since August 15 my telephone is lying in dead condition due to which I am facing a lot of problem. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and advice me the exact amount to be paid by me and also please see that my phone is restored at the earliest.
