i am Shivaraj Biradar. My phone number is 23452693. Since from two months, it is not working. Whenever, i call to the customer care and lodge the complaint, it works for one day and next day the same problem. I request you kindly do the needful and wave of the charges for the same period. I complained many times, but there is no use. Nobody takes care of the problem. Kindly take immediate action. I am waiting for your response regarding this issue.

1.despite making not even a single call,we have received a bill of 3013rs. Needs serious explanation by BSNL.
2.since a week,no internet coonection and despite numerous calls made to BSNL jalahalli exchange(20124121),no action has been taken.after many calls,only once they picked the call and said some one by name appa,would come and connect the port at HMT layout,which hasnt happened until now
