DESPITE MY EFFORTS IN COMPLAINING THE MATTER NO ACTION HAS BEEN INITIATED BY THE BSNL OFFICIALS. FOR THE PAST 15 DAYS I AM UNABLE TO USE THE INTERNET. WILL U DEDUCT THE AMOUNT IN THE FUTURE BILL? WHY SHOULD I PAY UNNECESSARILY WHEN YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE FACILITY. Kindly refer my compliant dt. 9. 9. 15. (SR No: 114059719292)From 9. 9. 15 onwards the land line and internet are not working. After one week the fault in land line was rectified. But the net was not rectified. I personally go to the Thiruvallur BSNL Office; the modem was verified by the technical person and found no fault in modem. Same day the technical person spoke to the line man of my area, to check up the junction box in pillar. (Cell No: 9445011439), but till this time he not attend the fault. I also contact many time, he is not responding. What is the remedy? Please tell me. Without using the net, how can i pay the net connection charges for this month (Sep. 2015). I request the feedback from your end.
