Sir, The courier people which you are appointed for delivery the goods is very poor response and not intimate goods properly. For our convenient we are purchasing online even though your rates are higher than local market rate. Pl note that customer satisfaction is very important. Before delivery to us the courier man should inform earlier for our availability to receive the goods. For not proper reply by delivery man and his harsh words i am unable to pick the goods and rejected and returned to you straight away. In my future purchase you pl avoid it and use good courier.
