I had tried to make a booking for two persons from Chennai to howrah on 1st April, but unfortunately my booking failed, but to my surprise an amount of rupees 3650. 41 was deducted from my credit card. I would appreciate if this amount is credited back to my account as my booking had failed. On 21 Oct 2017, guruvayoor exp from trivandrum to ernakulam departure at 5. 30pm was late for around two hours. In haripad train stop at the station for one hour. At that time I call each and every station from trivandrum to aluva. But nobody didn't attend the call. Then I call customer service Helpline number. There was also "no response" actually you mention these numbers in online line sight as " help line number". My mother was also in the train with me. Actually what happens is she can not take the routine medicine in time. She is parkinson patient. If they take the phone in time we got the information about the late shedule. This is totally ridiculous and brutal. Indain railway have to take the responsible of the things that happened. This is a worse thing please do not let it happen again. If the calls are not being attended. Then what is the use of phone numbers in railway station. Actually this is a legal issue. Regards
