I have been using trump prepaid number 9868300648 for the last ten years. Since last two years, i have noticed that RS five is deducted from my balance every week and an SMS is sent to me from the number 540000005 which reads " rupees five charged. thank you for using dating service. Your service have been renewed. " Although, i have neither subscribed to such service nor i am aware of such service. I have tried to contact customer care at 1503 several times, but my grievance has not been addressed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to stop such service with clear indication of never renewing this service. Kindly also arrange to refund the amount illegally deducted from my talk time balance. I hope my complaint will receive an early consideration.

I am user of trump connection very long time. Recently I have received a message from trump customer office i.e. 56688049 wherein mentioned that Thank you for continuing PocketMail Service of MTNL. You have been charged rupees 49 for this service to service to deactivate this service and UNSUB to 56688. The same amount has been deducted my mobile phone number 9868360518 without any reason. Henceforth, you are requested to return back my aforesaid money immediately and you are also requested to De-active this aforesaid services.
