I have to complain this because i have been calling customer service several times with any success because as an agent selling and register new lines for my clients, but i am feedup cause as agent i follow the steps of registering the new lines and i get confirmation, but when my client insert the same SIM card it reads "invalid SIM card" i have tried to get the assistance from customer service, but they always tell me to contact partners which i have done that, but the problem is i have not been help. So it is me who is at a loss because according to customer service the said sim/new line is registered and they cant see the problem, but on my end the problem is still there cause my customer cannot topup. I end up refunding because my customer says the SIM is not working. I think this is a big issue, some of your new SIM have problems which is inconveniencing us, we are unable to sell the orange sim/newlines.
