I am C. K. Babu, an account holder in SIB and my SA number is 0555053000006828. We used ATM Counter of SBI shop number 180, sector-3, Faridabad dated 20. 10. 2014 at 19:39: pm For balance checking and next transaction was withdrawal command,, but no transaction has done, after 5-10 minutes two feeding men arrived for cash feeding, because ATM counter has no money. Then we left from there. After two minutes a message received (07:58:14 pm) on my mobile Rs. 10000 debited in your account, but we have not received cash and we returned back the same counter, at that time feeding men are inside counter I told them that I have received of message Rs. 10,000 debited. They told me that there is no cash withdrawal has done, you can complaint on the toll free number. We call five times on toll free Number, but nobody responded. Next day we complaint to the South Indian Bank, Faridabad branch i. E. 21. 10. 14 and 31. 10. 14. At last we received mail copy from SIB Faridabad "PRE arbitration rejected BY SBI".
