My CA Nos are 60004300343 and 60004294967. I paid electricity bills for Rs1230 and Rs 5500 on line through internet banking. The same amount was debited from my sb account on 6/ 10/ 2015. But your account dept. Has informed me that the said amounts have not received by them. Now i have got new bills including arrears. Please investigate where my payments have gone.

I am using prepaid machine, which ca number 060006883890 name janak kumari. Sir my machine is not working properly it consonantly creating a sound pi. Which is very irritable. And machine is hanged now. I was loged a complain against that via customer care, but still there is no action taken regarding my problem. I have applied for a new commercial connection on 1/7/2013 at your office at rohini above said is my request number Documents were submitted on 5/7/2013 and site survey was done on 30/7/2013. Despite repeated visits to your other office at Laurence road and lastl visited on 21/7/2013. I was told by ur executive that the site survey report is awaited WHEREAS SURVEY WAS DONE ON 30/7/2013 WHEN THE REPORT SHOULD REACH TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. EVEN AFTER IT IS GOING TO BE ONE MONTH! I called your customer care today ie 28/8/2013 at 15:15 hours your call center executive that he is forwarding "new reminder" to your Laurence road OFFICE. HOW MUCH PERIOD YOU PEOPLE NEED TO COMPLETE 'YOUR' PROCESS? SO THAT I CAN SLEEP PEACEFULLY TILL THAT DATE.

my complaint is about electricity meters in gulabi bagh Delhi administration flats, there are so many electricity meters are faulty, not working properly. people are getting there electricity bills for 50 or 60 rupees per month only. specially the flat numbers: type I- 137, 138, 139, 140, etc.

DEAR SIR,
THERE IS NO REASON FOR ENHANCING SANCTION LOAD AS THERE ARE ONLY THREE PERSON RESIDING IN THE HOUSE AND ALL ARE WORKING. FURTHER THERE IS NO A.C,FRIDGE,T.V,HEATER ETC,EXCEPT CFL AND FANS,WHICH ARE USED AT NIGHT ONLY IN THE HOUSE. YOU CAN VISIT ANY TIME FOR THE INSPECTION. THEREFORE IT WILL BE HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND INJUSTICE TO ENHANCE THE LOAD. SO PLEASE DO NEEDFUL IN THIS DIRECTION.
