Your customer service people talk over you while you are talking. I was trying to explain what the TV just did. She start talking really fast. I could NOT understand a word she was saying. She was trying to rush me. It took ten times longer to releive the problems. They do not speak very good enlish either so understanding them is very hard. Their micrphone muffles alot of sound too. Not very effective. After many tries I could get something done. Customer service rating is one extremely poor. Very dissatisfaction with them. I will never ever buy this TV. Again.

I ordered a replacement APEX remote LD200RM for my APEX TV model 3288M. Upon receipt, I couldn't not get the device programd. After several failed attempts and online instructions, I called your company only to find out, you do not make this product anymore. I'm not sure what I'm trying to say, but I am deeply disappointed. I know it's not your responsibility, but, you may want to investigate this matter. I bought the product from "ReplacementRemotes.com".

I called in reguards to a question about a Apex Digital dvd player, which the lady could not help saying this was for a TV or laptop. Asking where do I call then, she could not give me any help. I though this was a costimer help line for Apex Digital.

Hello, we purchased a Apex TV at Radio Shack about four years ago. Tv works great and clear picture. We keep trying to tune the controller to Direct Tv, but it does not work and we have tried numerous times. Direct TV man could not get one controller to work. Also our Apex controller is not turning the Apex TV on. We think button is worn out?.
