On June 18th 2016 i purchased a pair of boots from a vendor of yours "BANANAS" in Wareham, Ma. I returned on July 8th I am a trash driver/collector. In the past i always bought chippewah logger boots because the problem i had is the bottoms wear quickly. However the problem i had with the Carolina boot model CA8021 11 D was a defect where the leather seam to the rubber bottom came apart. I brought back to Bananas they told me they had to send back to the company for further examination. Deemed defected as i thought. It took until September 20th to get the new pair. I just wanted you to know that i was not happy with your vendor called three times a week and got know where until today when i got the person that was never around when i called. Just thought your company should know about this. I was not impressed at all. Thank you for reading this:).
I bought a pair of Carolina Boots from Andrew's boot wear in Saint albans west Virginia after just one week of wearing them they wore a blister on side of my foot I paid 143. 00 for a pair of boots I can not wear it has no padding in back or side of boot went back to talk to store I purchased from they didn't seem interested in helping me with issue so writing to see what you can do to help boots are about four weeks old now the number on them are CA5520 size nine 1/2 DAYS STK CDL15 THEY ARE NON METALLIC TOE AND WATER PROOF THANKS FOR RESPONSE IN ADVANCE FIRST TIME BUYING Carolina Boots AND AS OF NOW NOT IMPRESSED.

Awhile back, maybe 15 months ago, I purchased your Carolina boot CA3011, 12-4E, CGB-13. The listed information came from the sewn on label on the inside tongue of the boot. They were purchased on-line. I went on-line to make the purchase assuming that Carolina Boots were a fine work boot and a on-line purchase would be ok. Well, the exterior of your boots are holding up fine and they are water proof. My problem is the insole cushions. Can you please send me a pair of replacement cushions for your CA3011, 12-4E, CGB-13 boots. It seems the only correct fitting cushions need to come from Carolina Boot. The cushions that came with the boots were very cheap. Maybe you have redesigned the cushion with better material. As stated earlier, the exterior of the boot is wearing well however the comfort level of the boot is very poor. Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated. Thank you Frank B.

I received a pair of Carolina work boots from our provider, a few years back in Santa Fe, New Mexico. That provider, does not allow me in his store. I was going to wear this boots, but the soles are gummy, soft. I was wondering, that after years of being stored, or saved i could return them. They are definitely defective.
