I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review because of the very positive experience I had at this location with a the store associate named Shantina. Associates like her directly impacts my decision to be a return customer. I would like to say that I believe she's exactly the type of people you want working in your stores. Her kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness was very appreciated. If there are any opportunities for advancement or recognition, I respectfully request that you consider Shatina. Thank you.

Please be advised that my issue needs to be resolved. On this day I attempted to purchase Father's Day balloons without being inflated. I planned on returning the day before Father's Day to have them inflated. However, the person (unidentified) said "she must inflate the balloons upon purchase". However, consideration should be given during this Pandemic situation. I have limited contact during this emergency (coronavoid-19 crisis). May help me with this matter.

Magee, MS store I am being asked to remove my items out of the hand held basket after I put them on the counter. This is the second time this has happened to me in this store. Please clarify if this is protocol. Sometimes the register asks if you want a receipt and sometimes it does not. Then, when you go to leave and associate will say it is asking if you want a receipt. Sometimes with an attitude. Thank you.
