I have changed to garyjhoffman1@gmail.com with a new password. Is there any way that you can stop my contacts being attacked? The hacker tried to get my financial adviser to pay a very large (fake) bill: this was not paid. The list of contacts includes banks, electricity, newspapers, etc. And is therefore critical for me to protect.

Hi I have previously spoken to Mark in tech support, he was extremely helpful however the issue remains. My brother accidentally left a one star review for Homestyle Living Outdoors using Google. On Google reviews on a desktop we are unable to see the one star rating however when I search for Homestyle Living Outdoors on Google Chrome using my phone the drop down menu shows the star rating overall as 4. 4. It shows mainly five stars and then one star is highlighted which I assume is our accidental review. How can we remove this please?.

Not fixes, I was on the phone for a long time today. You fixed nearly everything. But after I went online to use a page, viral addresses that came through in emails have been put on 'a page you manage' although I never installed them as managed pages. There is 62 new weird addresses. I did mention during the check that something showed up that I didn't recognise, but he didn't click on it. This was a 'Koobface' virus, my computer was classed as critical. I can find no where on the pages, page on Facebook to edit and delete them. It is very fast moving and I have friends with 2. 5-5k friends on their page, and it is going out to all their friends. In a week nearly everyone in Australia could be infected, and their overseas friends as well. I need to remove these from my managed page. Trish.

We just upgraded to Windows ten at work. After the upgrade I found that Chrome had slowed down and Google searches were significantly slower. By comparison the new Microsoft edge was almost instantaneous. I just thought you should know. Seems very odd.

RE: GOOGLE CLOUD printer registration services. I recently purchased a Canon Pixma MX926 and tried to register this "Cloud Ready" printer to the Google cloud print service -, but the registration wouldn’t connect to the Cloud Service. Canon has advised that it is not their problem - it is Google's. As such could Google please help fix the bug that is preventing the Canon MX926 printer from being able to register with the Google cloud print service as soon as possible and also update your Google cloud print information with details explaining the bug and whether and /or when it will be fixed. My complaint is that i cannot get into my email site. I have used the same password for many years and it is keep on telling me, it is wrong. I cannot answer the questions regarding my email contacts, because they are in the contact lists that i cannot access. I did not keep an exact date when i joined Google. Hi my dad open his Gmail account and found an email saying ...... wants to be friends with you. He knows someone by that name so he accepted. It asked for his password so he gave it. Now everyone he has emailed is getting emails asking to be friends with him. Someone we know opened the email and it goes directly into his account. These emails are still being sent up to five a day. How do I stop this for him??? We have changed passwords on everything just in case, but those emails still keep going. I have found a user name on the G+ account as
"Wulf-Dieter Kuenne".
This name was used on my Gas supplier in error recently, but I did not create this account and thus the actual owner needs to verify that is is not me.
It is only mispelt by one letter. To close for comfort.
If it is linked to "dieterk@bigpond.com or dkuenne@bigpond.com" then it has likely been hacked from my normal e-mail and I prefer it to be closed.
