I purchased your on line defensive driving coarse yesterday after completing most of the coarse I was informed I had to redo the coarse due to more than three attempts to complete the exam. I spent 31. 90 for the coarse and I was not about to go through it again. Your coarse is very lengthy, confusing and not educational. I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction and completed the coarse through Empire Safety Council. As far as I am concerned your coarse is a rip off and would not recommend your company to any consumer.
