Additional guerdon trolleys, Salad Trolleys, Desert Trolleys, Small Soup Station, have been provided to give students hands-on experience on a daily basis.
Computer is the latest word in any Industry and it’s our pleasure to provide a state of art Computer Lab which is not only spacious, well equipped but with the latest know-how and support such as internet for students, good guides and facilitators. The Computers provided are of the latest version of Pentium and are constantly upgraded to meet new standards.
The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition - IHMCTAN Goa has a well equipped library and is the largest technical library in the State of Goa in the field of hospitality. It houses a diverse collection of Books, Newspapers, Periodicals, Indian and Foreign Journals, Magazines, and a good collection of Audio and Video tapes and offers a quiet study environment to all students. A Computer has also been installed in the Library with plans to install several Computers providing on line information.
Staffing is done adequately to handle library operations and there is an over increasing book collection. The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition - IHMCTAN Goa library also provides Xerox facilities for students.
College offers Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, Certificate Course in Food and Beverage Service, Certificate Course in Food Production and Patisserie, and Short Term Course in Food Production and Patisserie.
