The Institute of Para-Medicals provide professional education and training in the field of Primary Health care specifically licensed all over the world. The Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery is recognized by Indian Nursing Council , New Delhi, and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. As the Government of India is fast expanding Rehabilitation Services in the rural areas, there is vast scope of trained Para medical professionals. Services of these professionals are required entirely as super special Para-medics which are required in Community Health Center (C.H.C.) Primary Health Center (P.H.C.) and even in Private, Semi-Government and Government hospitals, nursing homes & dispensaries. The Institute of Para Medicals is offering various job oriented professional courses which are very much in need in the field of medical science in India and abroad. These trained professionals will provide necessary paramedical services in close contact with their counterparts.
The Institute of Para Medicals is situated at 56, Matiyari, Deva Road, Chinnhat, Lucknow, U.P., India expanded in 1,00,000 sq. ft. area which has a lush green surroundings and calm ambience all required to create academic atmosphere. The campus has separate buildings for administrative block, academic block, hostel and 250 bedded hospital (under construction). An 82 rooms, 3 story hostel with 2 separate mess for boys & girls is spread in area of 32000 sq. ft surrounded with lush green garden is inside the campus to cater the need of those students who prefer to stay in the campus. 24 hour light, water supply and security is provide to the residents of the hostel. The Baba Hostel ( boys & girls) was inaugurated on 5th August,2002 by Dr. (Mrs.) Gayatri Sharma, Director, U.P. State Medical Faculty, U.P. Government in presence of Dr. Rajesh Jain, Secretary, U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, U.P. The twin set boy's & girl's hostel rooms which is fully equipped and furnished with all basic amenities. The students are supposed to bring only their personal belongings.
The Institute of Para Medicals organises various extra curricular activities from time to time in rural & slum areas in and around the campus as well as the state. Students are expected to take part or organise such activities to create awareness & interest in scientific learning. These activities promotes the skills & experience in the related fields. The Institute organises health camps time to time in the rural & slum areas of the state. Students of the institute are expected to take part or organise the camps which provide on field practical training. Its objective is to create current awareness & interest in scientific learning. It will be organised in different scientific issues of current topics. Debate & discussions on related topics are also held at regular intervals in the institute's campus. With a view to supplement the theoretical inputs and practical exposure to the students, excursion tours are organised for students, at least once in a year at the confessional rates. Site seeing & visiting renowned institutions of medical & Rehabilitation Science & Research are an integral part of the tour. The students of the Institute of Para Medicals are promoted to participate in various cultural activities with full support from the management of the Institute. Annual and fresher functions are the most important cultural activity of the Institute.
