Good evening, I am very disappointed in that the subscription I took out with you on may 1st 2018 with Illana, which was cancelled by me on 2nd may 2018, with a subsequent email to your customer service department has just shown up on my credit card statement for the sum of $USD 95. 01 on 7th May after I had been told "do not worry, it has been cancelled". Referring our telephone call, of today, with our comlaint that we now for the second time didn't received the paper, neither today after today's complaint, when it was promised that the paper would be re devil erev today no paper was received. I find this quit in acceptable. Please a credit my account for not receiving the paper twice, as well I expect to, receive the paper on a daily basic as instructed and as confirmed at the entrance door of the house and not on the street.
