Ordered on line for store pick up this morning. Email confirmation was suppose to come within moments. When order was ready for pick up would receive email/text. I never received anything. I had no order, no confirmation, no receipt of any kind. Went online to Chat, after over and hour online, spoke to two people, 2nd a "supervisor, " jumped through hoops. Was told to call the store, the store said, what? I wanted to just get the promised email confirmation. Was told "NO" when asked for the corporate customer service phone number, still have nothing. Horrendous customer service. Over an hour.

I visited your Kohl’s store at Cottonwood area at the Westside of Albuquerque this afternoon. It was the last time that I will attempt to shop at a Kohl’s store. The store was utter chaos. The jeans were all in big piles with no way to find a size. You could not walk through the bra section without bras falling off rack. I actually did not look for any one item that was orderly or grouped with the same type of item. I was in your store approximately an hour trying to find what I needed and never once did someone offer to assist me. When I finally had decided on a few choices I was met with one cashier and a line. I waited for quite some time and then placed my items where another cashier should have been. I am not a Walmart fan, but Imhave to say that put your store to shame. As for me I will be going to Dillard’s or Penney’s tomorrow to shop again for what I need.

I shop at the Kohl's located at 46240 Lexington Village Way, Lexington Park Maryland 20653. This store has dressing rooms that are not cleaned and have piles of discarded clothes. I found it necessary to remove 37 items from a room and relocate them to another room in order to try on pants. On another visit i found it necessary to re-box and re-shelf four pairs of shoes, and make three trips to a trash can just to be able to sit on a bench to try on sneakers. None of the other benches were clean either. On several of my past visits, I witnessed so many bras and underwear strewn on the floor in the ladies intimate section. These issues are ongoing over many visits (as I frequent the store) over the last year. And lastly, don' bother looking for anyone on the sales floor because you won't find anyone.
I ordered from Kohls.com and my package says it was delivered, but I never received it. I called customer service and the associate accused me of stealing the package. It is my sons school uniforms and school starts in a week Packages get delivered to the wrong addresses all the time. I called the corporate office and talked to someone who obviously is not from the United States and he pretty much told me the same thing. I needed to call USPS and ask why they didn't deliver my package. He said they can investigate, but nothing ever comes of it. It is their work versus mine. So now I am out $100 and have no uniform shorts or pants to send my son to school in Kohls customer service is horrible.
