Good morning, My name is Kenesha Parker . My phone number is 260-442-9959. Ive tried to pay my bill for the last two days over the phone. The system is telling my card is not on file. Help please. I am using a different card, but that should not stop me from making a payment. I have been without service for days due to no fault of my own. Your over the phone automated system is not very helpful. I understand to keep the cost down for my bill i cannot speak to a human. But sometimes a human is needed. I just want to pay my bill please. VERY ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED.
