I have not received home delivery newspapers since May two, 2016, when my carrier, Beverly Hawkins, said she was on vacation. After contacting Ms. Hawkins on her cell, we received a newspaper on 5-7-16 and 5-8-16 and none since. I spoke with the RTD customer service in Texas on 5-15-16 and got absolutely no where. We did not receive a newspaper today, supposedly her first day back from vacation. I have paid Ms. Hawkins for the month of May. Please take care of this issue as quickly as possible. I have noticed with my morning delivery time, that I must have a new carrier. My paper used to be delivered 430-445am every morning. I leave before 6am for work most every day. My paper has been late every day since last week. Saturday's delivery time was 730, Sundays was about the same. I do not need to read a yellow paper when I get home in the evenings. Do you realize our kids will be boarding buses and heading to school before the paper is delivered? If I cannot have a paper delivered before 6am everyday, then please cancel my subscription.

I sat down tonight to cut coupons out of the four Sunday papers that I bought only to discover that none of the papers had any coupons. Especially since on the front page that it states "Find up to $754 in grocery, pharmaceuticals". I want my $8 refunded or four complete sets of those coupons mailed to me. Coupons are the only reason I buy the Sunday paper. This seems to be happening a lot more frequently here lately. Who is responsible for putting the coupon inserts in the Sunday paper? Richmond Times Dispatch? Delivery driver? Store where the papers are delivered? Someone needs to be held accountable for this ongoing problem. I response and speedy resolution to my complaint will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I finally got a chance to sit down with last weeks Sunday paper (5-24) and there were no coupons. This seems to happen about once a month, and I'm really getting tired of it. I understand that occasionally the paper has no coupons, but that is very rare. This one specifically said "$467" in coupons -, but not in mine. The coupons are pretty much the only reason I get the paper. Where are they?.

Times Dispatch not delivered on 4/2/15. I have yearly subscription which was good through 4/3/15. I pay by check every year, but this year I did not receive a bill. In order to do the yearly subscription I was required to give my credit card number. I did not want to give it, but for convenience I did. Why did I not receive the normal Paper Billing? I always give a tip to the delivery person. This time I did not because of the method of payment. You may check my payment record as I am sure I have paid yearly for over ten years. P. S. Not everyone has Internet access. I personally enjoy reading print from a piece of paper VS a lighted screen.
