Hi my parents have lost there medicines box during the flight somebody came from Saudi airlines might be airlines staff member to assist my mother she handed over that box to him and forgot we need that box that carries very important medicines when we tried to reach above number, but that's not connecting we never had such a pathetic experience with any airlines I will raise this issue to the peak management that the airlines staff are not guiding appropriately.

The numbers mentioned above are not connecting at all. I tried from 9am to 5am. Every time getting ring and no response. Saudia flight SV 753 was cancelled on 2. 04. 2015. To know the status i am calling, but no response. Why to run customer care when there is no response.
