My two coworkers and I went to the Eatontown restaurant. Our waiter did not come to take our drink order until almost twenty minutes later. At That moment we also asked him to take our complete order since it was getting late. When he finally came back he only had one drink. Another ten minutes went by and still no sign of our waiter. At that moment we requested to speak with a manager. Raegan stated she would personally check to see what the hold up was. Ten more minutes went by and she never came back. At that point we were fed up so we left. I was greatly disappointed in the service. The place was not busy at all so I do not understand what the problem was. I also want to add that our waiter was sweating profusely which was a turn off. I do not want my food served to me by someone who is sweating all over the place. Personally he looked sick and should have been sent home. Basically we spent our whole lunch hour just sitting there and never got to eat. (732-660-1560).

I am sending this complaint regarding your so called "Value Pack" of wings with sauce. The first time I bought this item it had 20 wings inside the box. The second time I bought a Value Pack it had 17 wings. Also the 3rd box, 17 wings. Last night the box contained 14 wings. That's right 14 and two or three pieces of those pieces were just very small scraps of chicken. I will not be purchasing this item again since you continue to misuse the words Value Pack. I will be seeking a more reliable product from one or more of your competitors. Shame on you.

Hello. Just got back from the Owensboro Kentucky Friday's. I'm working in this town on a contact and have ordered food twice here. Once was the Ribs and Shrimp and today it was the Chicken and Shrimp. Both orders were to go. Both times there wasn't any shrimp. First time I was home when I looked at my food and didn't feel it was worth it to drive back. Second time I checked the packaging before I left the store. Two meals and neither had the shrimp. I cannot help, but think this is a scam on the part of Tgi Fridays to save money. There is no excuse for this. Absolutely none. In fact, I think it is criminal. But do understand that there is a slight chance you have bad processes (which I truly dougbt), poor hirers, and servers who do not check what is in the bag. All in all. Fail. You won't fool me again. Tonight we went in the Alliante casino in LV NV to eat dinner. We where in the bar section and ordered. My husband ordered a beer and it was flat. He told the waiter and the waiter argued with him and said it was not flat.
I ordered a bowl of soup because I was so hungry. It took a half hour to get it and it was cold. I was hungry I ate it anyway.
Then we ordered ribs and lobster grilled. The lobster came out steamed the ribs where burnt around the edges. She took back the lobster, they split it down the middle and recooked it making it tuff. We complained and the she did nothing to help out this situation. We will never go back. Lived in Vegas since 86. Never been treated so poorley.

I ate lunch at your Phoenix, Az unit yesterday 8/16 and today9/17 at 1:38pm I attempted to log on and enter my survey code to get my free appetizer after taking the survey. Well, it tells me that I have waited too long....WRONG....tried again....tells me that my survey number is NOT CORRECT....WRONG AGAIN....this has happened to me too many times to be just a glitch....it is bad enough that you closed all the stores in our area except one without any notice....but now you are screwing with our perks. The last two times this happened (and it happens alot) I let it go....lost my perk...called once and had to argue with the male that answered the phone and he finally sent me a free appetizer card--but I had to wait three weeks to receive it. What is going on?? The manager at unit 1755 Jason-told me that he gets alot of complaints about this....if you make offers to your guests, you should not try to weasel out of them with phony crap on your website.
