LEAST I EXPECT FROM THIS BANK IS TO FIND A PERSON WHO CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND HAVE GUTS IN RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL. I WILL NOT STOP TILL THE TIME SOME CONCRETE ACTION IS TAKEN. I WILL POST MY EMAILS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND SHAME THE BANK
