Mr. Gary Elter CallsAug 27, 2018

Mr. Gary Elter On Phone To Verizon Fios Service
For more than a year I have been paying $88, 00 per month to fios. Suddenly this month about all my normally watched channels disappear. The 100's gone. All the 200's gone. The 300's gone. 50 and 53 gone. I called to ask what is going on and I'm told all of them are cable stations and I do not have cable. I'm told all I can get for my $88. 00 is local stations. I was informed that to get the stations back I would need to pay an additional $23. 00 a month. Was this a bait and switch? Hook me into getting used to watching all those and then muscle me into paying more to watch them. Bottom line. I am not going to pay Fios $88. 00 per month for local stations that I can get for free. I'm a retiree and a veteran and money is tight.
