I had bought at Lisbon airport a prepaid SIM card for Euro 9, 90;

As you can see I still have the small red and white envelope, but I unfortunately lost the small plastic frame around the SIM card where the pin number was mentioned. Today I recharged the SIM card with 20 Euro in Mafra. Then there was a problem with my phone camera and I had to restart it again. Afterwards the PIN number was required which I do not have any more. I recently broke my phone and managed to damage my SIM card, therefore i need to order a new SIM card from you. I am currently in Spain and will be here for the next few weeks. Vidaphone Agent came and installed on 16 of may. But, there was an agreement, the payment roling will start from 1st of June. Vodafone wifi, it worked for next one week then it has not been working. I called many times to the agent Fabio to fix the problem. Each and every time of call they convince me, that the technician will come today and fix the problem. Every day I called and they said the same thing is happening since three weeks. Now I am really fade up with the company’s customer service. In one hand, lack of internet is trouble for my family and other hand, unnecessarily spent money for optional internet service. We have a Portuguese mobile pay-as-you-go. Number: 918 980 986

We were in the Algarve from June 17th 2018 an had a credit of 20 Euros on our phone. We toped it up with another 30 Euros at your Vodafone shop in Quarteira about a week later. The total was 50 Euro. At the beginning of July this amount was completely wiped out. We spoke to a lady in you Quarteira office to enquire how this had happened. She was most unhelpful. She looked at the account and changed the tariff. I do not see why this was necessary as we never had this problem before. I would be grateful for a printout of the call made and received by us while we were in the Algarve. We would be grateful for an acknowledgement of this email
