This is my last attempt to inform you about my intent to cancel my monthly subscription which I have informed in the email below and another email sent on April 3. In addition, I made two requests on your website to cancel my subscription. However, I received no response from you acknowledging my requests. Therefore, I have already notified my credit card about this unprofessional and scrupulous tactics from Willow to not cancel a subscription despite repeated requests to do so. Your online portal also coincidentally has no visible option to cancel a subscription. In addition, your online chat rep is always offline even in the hours they are expected to be available. I will report to BBB if the $14. 99 charge is not reversed with immediate effects for the month of April that was initiated today.
