I am using the Knot for my wedding website. In the manage my guest lists section I have tried to upload my guests for several times. After uploading my guest list, system gives me a message that my they are processing my guest list and I will receive an email when it completed. I have never received any email on that and none of my guest list has been uploaded. I have also paied for the website. Today is valentine days and I wanted to share my website today with my guests. Please help me to get my guest list there as soon as possible

Hello, Is there something wrong with the Knot website? I am able to log in, but I cant do anything after I long in as far as looking at my guest list. My wedding is exactly one month a way and I need to know how many people that are coming to my wedding. I also need to know what food they are picking. Can you please call me or shoot me a email please ASAP If you are able to at list tell me my guest and what they are eating that would be great also. The website has been doing this for a while now. I was thinking maybe it was the devices I use to go on the website. I have use four different computers, four different laptops, about 20 different cell phones, and over 30 different tablets trying to just look up theknot.com and to see my guest list. I have been calling the somewhat of customer service number (1-877-843-5668) and no one as returned my calls.

After some time after using your website, a person loses their website site. Half of the time, clicking on the questions doesn't work. Can't get customer service rep give you an honest answer. I can not make another wedding website unless I delete the current account.

I'm still editing my wedding website, i paid for a custom name and a couple of days ago when i log into account to make changes it takes me to a totally new web page and i have printed invitations with the link on it. I was told IT will be able to fix prob by Monday, but has not fixed yet and I'm mailing invites now and the web page is not complete.
