LJ (Lok Jagruti) Group of institutes was a
Dream of Prof. B.M. Peerzada, who was an distinguished
Economist and former Dean of Commerce in the
Gujarat University. The college is managed by the
Lok Jagruti Kendra (LJK), which is a charitable trust and registered society. The trust was formed in 1980 by prominent academicians and eminent personalities. Presently it comprises of nineteen institutes with three campuses in Ahmedabad. It has over five hundred dedicated and well experienced faculties in order to train ten thousand students from across the state. It offers various programmes and courses which includes diplomas, undergraduate, postgraduate and various professional programmes.
