Udayan Care is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). It was established in the year 1994 as a Public Charitable Trust by Dr. Kiran Modi. The Organization helps to empower to empower vulnerable children, youth and women to regenerate the lives of disadvantaged children and women. The Udayan Care is spread in thirteen cities across eight states of India and the organization is involved in various programs. The programs of the Organization include Udayan Ghar that provides shelter to the orphaned and abandoned children and each home has more than fifteen children and the children at Udayan Ghar attend private schools and participate in various vocational training and mental health programs. More than ten Udayan Ghar are present in Delhi. The other programs of the Organization include Udayan Shalini Fellowship, Outreach Program established in the year 2004 to provide help and financial assistance to those children whose parents are infected with HIV, Sugam Vedashram Project to provide educational and training platform to fishermen community who were worst affected in the Tsunami. The other programs of the Organization include Big Friend
Little Friend Program and Udayan Care Information Technology and Vocational Training Program. The organization is accredited by various charities of India and
