TERI University is a deemed university located in New Delhi, Delhi, India. It was established in the year 1998 as TERI School of Advanced Studies and was granted the status of deemed university in the year 1999. The University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and was given its present name (TERI University) in October 2006.
