Jacob Joachim was an American Stage, film and television actor. He was born on April 27, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. His birth name was Jacob Jaochim Klugman. He died on December 24, 2012 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, US. He was 90 years old when he died. He began his career in 1950 as stage actor. He later on moved to television and film work. His first film was a drama film in 1957.
