Richard Allinson whose full name is Richard John McNeill Allinson is an English radio podcaster. He was born in October 1958 in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Richard Allinson began his career as a presenter of London Capital Radio's Chart Show in 1980. In 1997 Richard Allinson joined BBC Radio 2 and took over a Saturday afternoon show there in 2000.
