Australasian Society for Continental Philosophy (ASCP) was founded in 1995. It was previously known as revamped Australasian Society for Phenomenology and Social Philosophy. ASCP is aimed at providing a broad intellectual forum for academics, artists, writers and postgraduates researching topics in Contemporary European philosophy. ASCP is also involved in funding various projects some of which include Improving decision-making processes in complex environments, Enlightened judgment: reflection and cognitive virtue in Kant's critical philosophy, The God of Hegel's Post-Kantian Idealism etc.
