Herb Alpert began his career as a song writer in 1957 and is the co-founder of a music label A&M Records, founded in 1962. He has produced many music albums such as The Lonely Bull (1962), South of the Border (1964), The Beat of the Brass (1968) and Christmas Album (1968). Herb Alpert has been honored with many awards such as Grammy Trustees Award, Tony Award and National Medal of Arts.
