Jeffrey Howard Archer is a British author. He was born on 15 April 1940 in London, England and is also a former politician. Jeff Archer served as a Member of Parliament for Louth (Lincolnshire) from 1969 to 1974. He resigned from politics following a financial scandal. Jeffrey Archer started his career as an author in 1976 and specializes in thriller and drama. He was the member of Conservative Party and has also served as its Chairman. Some of the novels of Jeffery Archer include Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less (1976), Honour Among Thieves (1993), The Eleventh Commandment (1998) and Sons of Fortune (2002).
