Dear Sir / Madam,

I have one Reviva RO + UV installed in last November at my quarter E-101, NINL Township, Duburi, Jajpur. Couple of days after installation I called the aquaguard personnel as the taste of water was not good and they increased the TDS Level from six to 36. Few months after, I called them to check the TDS they did not turn up and I didn't take it seriously. On 1/8/16, I tested the water at laboratory and found the TDS level at six PPM. So I immediately called the service personnel to check and adjust the TDS level as it may lead to health hazards. But Sorry to say that they did not turn up even after calling for five times also I confirmed that the person is still in the same service. The phone call details as follows

I lodged a complain on 1st July to bhubaneswar centre calling 2396069. The mechanic arrived and removed many ants, small cockroaches from the water which we were drinking. Asking about the problems he answered, do AMC so that your problems will be solved. Also he suggested that why you have changed the classic model to UV model. That was better one. But one of your representative suggested to buy this model. So we are in a dilemma weather we will keep this purifier or we will go for any other company. There is no visit from the customer care, even after call. I am having annual maintenance contract, but no one visit us. Earlier one year before, maintenance man used to visit for cleaning on regular basis, used to change the carbon and candle, once in a year. Now there is no service. Please arrange to change carbon and candle on maintenance contract.

My aquaguard classic water purifier is not working since 6th September 2014. We had given complain and accordingly technician attended the machine, but could not repair it. He said that some parts has to be replaced and he will replace it on the next day. Inspite of our repeated phone calls nobody came to repair.
Again on 20th September 2014 we gave one more complaint and the complaint was registered by alloting docket number. 78260982 dt. 20/09/2014 and assured that within 24 to 48 hours it will be repaired.
Till now nobody has attended the complaint and whenever we telephone, the only answer we get is that the parts has not come. Its more than 15 days now. We are facing lot of problem to get pure drinking water.
I would like to request you to take up the matter urgently and repair our acquaguard water purifier without further harrassment.

21370016 valid for the period from 19/09/12. to 18/09/15.Condition was ,in every six months you have to visit for service and in every year the candles to be replaced, but till now nothing has been done although several complaints was made telephonically and writings.Therefore take necessary steps for the same.

My aquaguard machine was installed a year ago, your technician named Prakash came to service our machine, machine was working properly until he came to service it, he said he will be back in two days to fix the machine, it's been two weeks I am buying mineral water from outside I spoke to five different customer care executives, who' apologised an said that a senior technician would visit my residence as soon as possible, I have a small kid in my house and we are using aouaguard for past 12yrs and never had any issues, kindly advice how much patience should I have .
