I have taken AMC from Aquafresh (and got the same bill which is also mentioned in below complaint posted on 15 may 2015), while time of AMC sales they have given me so many commitments and statements will cover all the parts under AMC without any condition (I asked so many times before purchase the AMC and the sales person said will cover everything under AMC)and now when I have problem in my OR, they are just not ready to provide the service to me. I called so many time, even today is the seventh day I have not received any proper response from them, I felt like cheated by brand like Aquafresh, I think there sales and service team should charge under 420 act for false sales and thinking to go consumer court as well so that they cant do false sale.

Leakage problem of Aqua Fresh RO purifier. I complaint for leakage to Mr. Ajay ((+91-9999098017), he Sent to a service man at my home, service man told me that I will change some instrument then leakage will stop. I paid 1300:- rupees for that But after one hour, leakage start again, then again I called Mr. Ajay for the problem, he sent one service again, service man told me I have to change one instrument then leakage will stop and I paid 650 rupees again. But still problem is same and Mr. Ajay and his service man is not answering my call and telling a lie that I will send somebody today. But still we are only waiting )from 10/03/2016)
