During my travel I need and normally I will use wheel chair. From Dubai or Sharjah airport to I will reach Chennai Airport, for that here they are providing me wheel chair free of cost. But while return= time In Chennai Airport is charging around rupees 2000/=3D from me and to complete that procedure itself it will take huge time. I know all airports having free wheel chair services for the disabled persons. For that they will issue some airport authority free identification pass. The check-in staff on duty at the airport are behaving very rude at the customers who are spoiling the decency of the airport. When customers are unaware about any customs to be followed, that should made known to the customers and to be managed gently. Though, I like to express the name of the staff, in the sake of his welfare, I do not want to mention now. Please train the staff to behave with the customers properly. Display proper instruction boards at every instance, so that customers who entered in the airport need not be embarrassed to complete the formalities in the airport.

This is not a complaint, but a request. Today morning I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore by air India flight 263. We got down from the cab at the domestic terminal, but asked to go to International where the flight starts. There was no transport and it was getting late for the flight so we got into a cab that came to drop a passenger and reached the T4 just in time. In that hurry we forgot to pick up a walker used by my aunt who is 87 years old and it was left in the trolley. I request you check if that has been given to the IAAI so that I can arrange to collect. ThanksMohan Ramanathan.

On 26th of January 2015, at six a. M to 7a. M. I have been requesting to connect me to spice jet as i lost a very important bag at the airport. The lady, after trying to help me couple of times, just said sorry and hung up. She did not even try helping me or hearing me. She would just hang up. It's republic day. What if I had an emergency to inform. When I tried giving her a reason so that she understands, she just hangs up. It's so disappointing and sad. What else can one do to get help?

I asked the lady who picked up "what is the maximum amount of in cash that i can carry with my self while traveling abroad (Thailand) from Chennai international airport. To which she said i have to contact the flight carrier (air asia ) in this regard. Why should i contact the flight carrier regarding matter of export of Indian currency, isn't this matter of air port customs and excise department?

Dear sir/madam.

Myself vijayan janarthanam from villupuram, today morning i have flight to abudhabi(26/sep/2014)7. 20 am-oman air.

The air port boarding officer said that my visa was not submitted in abu dhabi immigration office, but its a electronic visa, my hr told no need to submit the visa.

They took me here and there and said the same reply that it was not showing in their system. So, they did not give me the boarding pass.

But my company admin people said,the problem in Chennai airport here everything is ok.

I think the problem is the air port boarding officers, because all new peoples they did not think about passengers immediately they send me out.

Let me know the status. Otherwise i will give the complain or case.
