Today i used the ATM at Farwaniya At 8:55 and 8:59 To withdraw the amount 200 KD from Gulf Bank. First time it Showed Declined. I tried again after two minutes again the message came the same Declined with insufficient amount. As i did not receive the money at both the attempts, as there was sufficient amount was before the first attempt. Afterwords i received the massage about the withdraw the money KD/200. As i did not get any money. Please help me to find the problem. Thanks.
