I purchased a Fossil watch and it stopped working after ten months. When i purchased it i was given international warranty, but when i showed my watch to three showrooms they all refused to give after sales service. What is point in taking a branded watch if a customer is not given after sales service. When i told them that i will be complaining against them then finally they took action for my watch. Hope for better customer care in future.

I have not yet received my refund for a return done on 20th June.
The watch is now thrice taken to the “Helios Canaught Place”, today I have again given the watch to the Fossil represtative. Everytime the watch is serviced it completes only one week of satisfactory run after that it only stops any time and starts any time. The service providers are feeling hopeless for this case, as it runs only one week everytime after servicing. ”IT OWNS SOME UNREPAIRABLE DEFECT”
The machinery of watch is stable for 1-2 weeks, but unstable for “long run”. THE WATCH IS used 15-20 TIMES AND HAVE SPENDED ITS five MONTHS IN SERVICE CENTRE. As I and your customer represtatives have wasted a lot of time on the watch while giving it several times for servicing
I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THE WATCH SO THAT I CAN GIFT IT BACK TO WHOM I GIFTED IT WITH CONFIDENCE

I bought a watch in Louisiana Boardwalk 7459, Fossil store and was charged for the wrong watch. My watch has a prize 105 on a tag and a number seven 96483 12009 and they charged me the wrong prize and on a receipt it says 723764458961 and a prize 168. I am from another town and cant return. When I called them they said there is nothing they can do.
My friend purchased Fossil ch2600 wrist watch for me on my birthday 11th of September 2014 from (just in vogue, Vashi central, Raghuleela mall. There was a pin problem from day one. And now they fixed the problem at there Bangalore, India service center. But when i sent a watch to fixed the problem (on 20th of October 2014) there was no major scratches on best. But when i get the watch, i saw there is major scratches on belt and belt looks like used. This is fraud and i cant accept it. I had talk with them, but they are not taking any responsibility for this. I want new belt in replacement of this or clear the scratches from belt. Please do the needful.
