Problems are 1. The freezer chest is unable to make Ice in 12 hr time2. Ice creams melt in the freezer chest (photographs attached). 3. Food kept overnight gets spoiled. 4. The service center is not able to fix the problem. five months have passed, and I have received only hollow promises. Work order number 2391 from absolute enterprises5. Service center told me to talk to shop owner and shop owner told me to talk to service center. I was not expecting such poor quality product and service from LG. Sir, This is Anmol Kumar from Kanpur. I had bought a LG LED TV of 28" last year dated 13 Jul 14. Now TV is not working and I made a formal complain about this on 22 July 15 after TV stopped working completely. Earlier also, it showed a sign of problems once or twice regarding picture, but we could not sense it thinking that it must have happened due to weather as it is common things in the rainy season for those who is having DTH. After complain, a representative from LG service came and diagnosed that it's screen got unserviceable and it will not be covered under warranty as seven days has been passed from the date of purchase. I do not get much time to observe my TV whether it is developing some problems or working well. Kindly look in to matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks.
