I had tried to withdraw Rs 500 with using my HDFC ATM card from Saraswat ATM lactated Santacruz west ATM ID is 1570, around 12:34 am all processes goes right, but when time for money have to come from ATM machine, the machine display shows ATM in off-line mode and money not come from machine, and i got message from HDFC that your withdrawal has successful. I had an SB account with your worli branch as I was working with CEAT Ltd office right opp.your branch in Worli. Since I was not operating this particular account for a long time, your branch advised to reactivate before closing the account, which I did promptly.

And on 2nd April 2013 I requested for closing this account as I have retired from service and there was a balance of approx rupees 1850/- . I surrendered the balance cheque leaves to the branch for the safety.
Your branch, to my utter shock, have returned rupees 188/- only, mentioning that closures charges and unutilized cheques charges etc.
