I am TusharKalid from Mumbai. I purchase the Ubislate 7C in Sept 14 online. I recd tab in damage condition. When I mail the detail to your email id. As per instruction from your CCE Ms Simranjeet I submit the tab to your service centre. But in return I recd 2nd hand piece. On calling to your cce Ms Simranjeet, she told me that its company policy not to replace the damaged piece with brand new piece and told me that I am fortunate to receive the replace piece. With this piece there is a problem of incoming voice. The sa, e tab i again submit to your service centre on 11. 10. 14. Till date I have not recd my piece. Can you do anything?

Sir, i was purchased a ubislate 7ci tablet last year, but now it is not functioning. When i connect the device with the charger it seems that the device is booting, but after waiting up to half an hour, no response is ever coming to it and only android symbol is appearing on the screen of the device and the tablet is not starting yet.

Second issue when I purchased the device very next day its handfree speaker stop to work. Please inform me about the service center where I can repair my device.

I have bought this in the last week of last April. My Ubi has so many problems. It gets swithched off automatically all the time. it hangs. network does not come properly. it hangs.it has very low sound. browser does not work well when i browe it stuck in between. Not even a single time it worked nicely. I have not used this TAB too muh.

My ubislate 7c+ hanging so much time in a day. Yesterday when I reset it I lost all the softwares which were installed. Not only that, but the pre loaded software also lost ie- app killer, ubi serfer, kings office and many more.
It doesn't responding quickly and taken so much time to respond the program.
Battery losses instantly much poor battery back up is.

Last week I purchased UBislate 7+ and discovered the problems as follows:
- Sound is not audible and can not be increased.
- Phone card is not supported by the slate
- programs are slow are hanging now and than.
- Life of battery is very less (i.e.30 minutes not 2-3 hours)
- Charger got defective (not working) with in these four days.

Dear Sir,
I have indented for AKASH Tablet and got the same on 15/07/2013 vide your Invoice number AMBD07110180, but on trying to start this tablet, it came to my notice as follows :
1. The battery is not functioning, resultantly the tablet could be run only with power supply, i.e. on USB or Charger;
but the battery shows 100% (fully) charged.
2. No SIM is recognized by the tablet.
Now, I think that whether I made a mistake in purchasing this tablet because since I received it, I am trying to call your Customer CENTER and make at-least 60 calls, but all in vein as there is not response.
