Not very happy with your airline right now. My daughter is on honeymoon and this is the worst time she had not a memorable honeymoon with your airline damaging her suitcase, tore wheels off and split it open now she has nothing to bring clothes home and your customer service won't help. I can not believe your service not willing to help a young couple out. This luggage was 100. 00 and a gift for wedding so this is the first time they used it. They had to spend a long time at airport trying to resolve this, but still hasn't gotten any closer to a resolution. They have to go on another plane coming home tomorrow and are stuck now with this damaged suitcase. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible with some kind of resolution. The airport admitted to them that the suitcase was thrown 50 feet to ground from plane. That's terrible, they admit to damage and won't do a thing about it.

i have tried to change travel dates and i got charged four times on my credit card without processing my request . i kept receiving a message online : request can not be processed wrong card number, but at the end the card was charged .my booking number:17474067
from Mykonos to athens .
the timing changes was made through aegean airport office in Mykonos and i paid the fees in the airport .
please investigate and get back to me

I hate this airline! they steal time money and the customer care is horrible. thank god for living in america where people actually care. if i ever go back to greece, i would rather take a cruise or strait shot instead of going through this company.
