I need to 'manage my booking' to change the flight dates only. To access manage booking online I must become a member. I have tried, but failed to join because my password will not be accepted. I have followed the correct procedure for the upper case and lower case and number requirements, but still not accepted. Air Asia auto message to send and email to be has NOT happened. My flight booking ID TT74JX. I am very frustrated with you system .

Your office added travel insurance ang luggage fees which I was trying to remove in the add on. The when i automatically came i tried to skipped it. This should be made optional. I found out in the receipt that I was automatically made to pay it. I did not want to pay travel insurance of 300. 00 and luggage fee of 698. 00. May I asked for refund.
