THE WRISTBAND WASNT WORKING WITH THE ANUAL PASS WE GOT FOR THE FOOD DISCOUNT BAD EXPERIENCE NOTHING LIKE THEY ANNOUNCE IT.
First let me say that Aquatica is our most favourite thing to do when vacationing in Orlando. On May 4th we (myself, my husband, my son, and my two grandchildren) were at the park, arriving at about 11:00. We always pay the extra to park closer to the entrance. At approximately 1:00 pm I slipped and fell on the concrete path and had to leave shortly thereafter in one of your wheelchairs. Needless to say our day was ruined. I had asked the young man who took my information about getting a refund, but he said we would have to go to Customer Service. Unfortunately I was too sore to wait any longer and just wanted to get home to my bed. We head home on Friday, our vacation will be over. I haven’t left our rental unit since this happened, staying indoors with a hot pack on my back, taking Ibuprofen. I just wonder what is your policy regarding refunds when incidents like this happen. Thank you for your help.

I have emailed Aquatica twice now to get my ticket emailed to me which I purchased on 6/27/15. I am heading there on July 21st and wasn't able to print out my ticket even though it's already been posted to my Discover card.

when you change your policy about the size of the bags of food that can be brought in you may want to offer up some sort of alternative for people who may only come one time and have to end up throwing away or taking back whatever it is they just bought prior to entering the park. You should have cheap smaller size bags to offer up or at least sell bags or containers so people do not have to get rid of what they just brought for themselves into the park.I have been a loyal customer to SeaWorld and Aquatica for the last five years and be told that I cannot bring in a small bag of chips is ridiculous. I understand you have your policy, but at least offer up something.I spend a lot of money here every year and to be told I can not bring in a bag of chips is ridiculous. I promise you it was not a big bag. I am just very irritated at the fact that you do not offer up better solutions for unexpected issues.
