Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET was established by the All India Arya Samajis Society for Higher and Technical Education in Year 2005. This institution is known for the quality education it imparts and stringent levels of discipline. At Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET boarding facilities are available for boys and girls separately. Each of these hostels offers a unique experience in community living. The hostel are well- equipped with 24 hours electricity/ water supply, necessary furniture, telephone, water coolers, refrigerators, recreational facilities like TV and indoor games such as table tennis, gymnasium, chess, carom board, etc. Wi-Fi internet connectivity in hostel rooms is also available. Highly hygienic mess nutrition to provide & rich meals is an eminent feature of our hostels.
At present in the Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET, there are two hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. The two gent’s hostels have the capacity to accommodate 1500 students. The girls’ hostel can accommodate 500 students. Each hostel is provided with modern amenities such as central calling recreation room including facilities for indoor games. Students are accommodated in spacious, well furnished comfortable rooms in a quiet environment conducive to concentration and students. Each hostel is under the case of a resident warden and offers an excellent environment for every, learning and growing to ones fullest potential.
The Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET has a spacious library combining aesthetics with utility; the well stocked modern library is a frequent haunt of book lovers among the students. The college library has very rich stock of books journals, magazines, and a wide collection of audio-video cassettes and CD’s offering intellectual food to both the faculty and students alike. The library has liberal working hours and its dedicated staff facilitates the optimum use of the library. AIET recognizes that a major concern to all students and parents is the availability and quality of accommodation and other facilities. The college provides following facilities to the students.
The Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET has a large number of computer systems network for high-end programming, internet surfing and communication building skills that increase efficiency. All relevant licensed software packages are installed in these computers that facilitate the student to become conversant with the latest software technologies. A dedicated 2 MBPS WI-FI internet connection, gives more opportunity to the students to know the world and enhance their wisdom. Laboratories are an integral and important constituent of any educational setup, with this firm belief, institute has invested generously in all laboratories making them well lit, airy and aesthetically designed from ground up. All laboratories have the latest equipments, instruments required for academic and research purposes.
At Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET, lecture halls are thoughtfully designed to induce quality learning atmosphere. These lecture halls are well equipped with modern teaching aids like overhead projectors, multimedia aids, LCD, etc. All first -aid facilities are readily available in the College & Hostel. The doctors on the panel of the College visit the campus regularly and provide free consultancy to the students. The college has tie - up with good hospitals in the city for any emergency hospitalization cases. A 24 hour ambulance is available to students in case of emergency.
A separate multipurpose complex in the Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET campus provides excellent messing facilities for all students residing in hostel. The mess can cater up to 200 persons at a time. Food preparation is under the direct supervision of the messing committee comprising of faculties and students representatives. A very healthy and hygienic meal is served four times a day. The added facility of cafeteria is also functioning at AIET providing, coffee, soft drinks, wide variety of snacks etc. to students and visitors.
Our education is industry based to suit world needs. Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET also organize industrial Visit, Tour and Travel from time to time in major industries to enable students to correlate their theoretical knowledge with their practical experience. Having concept of compulsory evening activities and healthy participation of the students. AIET provides extra ordinary sports facilities to its students. The sports facilities include both indoor and outdoor sports; these are Badminton, volley Ball, Basket Ball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom Board etc.
Annual interdepartmental and Inter year tournaments are regularly organized every year in all above mentioned sports activities Winners and Runners up of these tournaments are awarded with prizes and trophies during Annual Prize distribution function organized in the end of Sports veganza every year.
Seminar & paper presentation are help on regular basic and are regular feature of life at Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology-AIET. The seminars are supervised by faculties. The students are encouraged to the audio visual media for making an effective presentation. OHPs, Power Point presentations & LCD projectors are utilized.
