I HAVE BEEN PROMISED A REFUND SINCE MAY, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT TO DATE (24 July 2013) I WAS LAST PROMISED ON July nine 2013 THAT IT WOULD BE "EXPEDITED" I CALLED TODAY FOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO THE AVAST HQ USA IN REDWOOD CA, but WAS TOLD TO CALL THE CZ REPUBLIC HOME OFFICE TO GET THE NUMBER. THERE IS NO PROCEDURE(I HAVE BEEN TOLD) TO ESCALATE SUCH AN ISSUE.
